- France: €5.00 for standard shipping (non-tracking)
- Europe: €8.50 for standard shipping (non-tracking)
- Rest of the World: €10.50 for standard shipping (non-tracking)

A: Yes, we offer free shipping for orders that meet the following criteria:
- Free shipping over €85 for France
- Free shipping over €100 for Europe
- Free shipping over €125 for the rest of the world
Q: Is tracking available for shipments?
A: Yes, tracking is available as an optional service. Please note that if you choose not to include tracking and registered option, we will not be responsible for any lost packages. We recommend selecting the tracking option for peace of mind. The tracking fees are as follows:
- France: €7.00 for tracking
- Europe: €10.50 for tracking
- Rest of the World: €15.50 for tracking
Q: How are the packages packaged?
A: All our vinyl is packaged well and professionally to ensure safe delivery. We use only the highest quality packing materials, and all materials are brand new.
Q: How are the shipping costs calculated?
A: Shipping costs are automatically calculated online. To find out the exact costs, add the items to your cart and proceed to the checkout. Select your region, and the shipping costs will be displayed.
Q: How are the addresses handled?
A: We print out shipping labels and do not handwrite your address. Please ensure that your address is correct to avoid any delivery issues.
Q: What happens if a package goes missing?
A: We are not responsible for missing packages if the customer did not request tracking and the registered option. Choosing the tracking option provides added security. In the event of a missing package, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for assistance.
Q: How long does international shipping take?
A: Please allow up to 21 days for delivery on all international orders. Occasionally, it may take longer depending on circumstances outside of our control. However, it's usually much quicker.
Q: What is your refund and exchange policy?
A: We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are received within 14 days. Please carefully check the contents of your order upon receipt. If you have any issues, contact us within the specified timeframe for further assistance.
