Available now and licensed by TRS Records, “Girls Talk” by cousins Dessie & Freddie is a long-lost treasure from the early eighties  Recorded at the legendary Aquarius Studio in 1982 and arranged by the great Wire Lindo, this smooth yet rootsy vocal cut captures the warmth and chemistry between the two cousins Desmond Silpatt & Fredrick Dookie.

Adding to its charm, the session also features background vocals from a young Beres Hammond, lending an unmistakable soul to the harmonies. This long-overlooked gem is finally getting its proper release, over forty years after it was first recorded.
